Just Heat and Eat

Cut pouch, empty contents into a microwave dish, and heat on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.

Method 3

Immerse the foil pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot.

Food For Thought

Palak Paneer is a classic North Indian curry originating from Punjab. Originally, this dish was made with Saag, which is the locally grown mustard greens. The dish later evolved into Palak Paneer to suit the palate of the people outside Punjab who preferred an urbane menu. This richly sumptuous dish consists of fresh spinach puree and paneer, with an aromatic blend of ingredients that include garlic, ginger, cashews, spices, and coriander. The vibrancy and tanginess of spinach are perfectly complemented by the creaminess of soft cubes of paneer.
