Cut pouch, empty contents into a microwave dish, and heat on high for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.

Immerse the foil pouch in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cut open and serve hot.

Navratan Korma is a creamy, aromatic mixed vegetable curry historically relished by the Indian royalty during the Mughal era in India. Navratan means “nine gems” and is named as a tribute to the nine courtiers of the Mughal emperor, Akbar. In the recipe, the “gems” are the 9 main ingredients which include various vegetables, dry fruits, and nuts that make up this tempting culinary delight.
