I live in the USA. I suffer from a severe auto-immune disease, and there are very few foods I can eat without becoming very ill, especially anything in packages, bottles, cans, etc. I have to follow a very limited, very boring diet. However your “Raj Masala” curry does not make me ill. Not even a little. From several years of experience, I know that this means that your ingredients are very good, very pure, and there are no additives, preservatives, chemicals, or colorings. If there was even a tiny amount of any of these things I would not feel good the next day. So I wanted to pay you the compliment of letting you know how good the quality of your food is ––believe me, I know, I am a good guinea pig! Raj Masala once or twice a week is such a treat.
