Ingredients :
225 gms cooked fish
225 gms cooked potatoes
6 anchovy fillets
1 teaspoon tomato puree
Fat for frying
15 gms butter
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Method of Preparation :
Remove all bones and skin from the fish and mix it with potatoes, ground up anchovies, tomato puree, butter, salt and pepper.
Make into small cakes, coat with egg and breadcrumbs and fry.
