Ingredients :
1 cup mint leaves
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp citric acid
Method of Preparation :
Wash and dry the mint leaves.
Mix together the sugar, water and citric acid and a pinch of salt in an open bowl.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Now add the mint leaves into it, mix well. Cover and allow it to cool for 1 hour. Strain and store. Use it like any other squash.
