PROMOTION PERIOD: The Kitchens of India Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Time [“ET”]) on September 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 (the “Promotion period”). A purchase will NOT increase your chance of winning. There are two ways to enter this sweepstakes during the Promotion Period; via mail and online. 1) Online Entry : Visit www.kitchensofindia.com , and complete the online entry form as prompted to gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All information must be complete to be eligible. Personal information collected from entrant is used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner, unless entrant agrees to receive further information on Sponsor's products and promotions. Use of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter sweepstakes is prohibited. 2) Mail-in Entry: Visit a participating Kitchens of India retailer in your area for an official Sweepstakes entry form while supplies last. Complete the entry form as requested, or on a 3x5 piece of paper, print your name, address, city, state, ZIP Code, phone, and e-mail (if available) and mail entry form or 3"x5” in an envelope to: Kitchens of India Sweepstakes, Dept. CM, P.O. Box 6000 , Manhasset , NY 11030-6000 . Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2008 and received by January 7, 2009 . Limit one request per mailing envelope. No photo copies, facsimiles or reproductions of mail-in entry requests will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected requests. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. No limit to entries during the promotional period. Limit one prize per person.

PRIZES : Grand Prize (1): a (5) five day/ (6) night trip for two (2) to New Dehli , India . Prize includes round trip air transportation (coach class) for winner and guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home to New Dehli, India and six (6) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) for two (2). Approximate Retail Value: $3,975. Hotel Accommodations subject to availability. Some blackout dates may apply and itinerary is subject to change. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Guests must be 18 years of age or older or members of the winners immediate family. The Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's travel agent, unless otherwise noted. Travel must be completed by January 31, 2010 . The winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel documents as well as travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain (at their own expense) and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor is not responsible for any acts of nature that might result in travel or tours being prohibited. Actual value of trip may vary depending upon the point of departure. First Prize (25): A Kitchens of India Gift Basket, ARV $40 each. (Basket includes various Kitchens of India products and other products to be selected by Sponsor.) Total retail value of all prizes offered is $4,975. All Federal, State and local taxes related to any prize are the responsibility of the individual winners.

RANDOM DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 24, 2009 , under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each respective entry and drawing period.

GENERAL RULES: Promotion open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Marden-Kane, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers to Sponsor and the immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone/e-mail/mail within two (2) weeks of the drawing. All potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility /Publicity and Liability Release, (where legal) within 10 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner determined at random from among all eligible entries. If any potential prize winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. Taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, Marden-Kane, Inc., and their directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) harmless against any and all claims and liability from any accident, loss, injury or death occurring from this promotion or in any way related to the prize or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize. No substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Releasees shall not be liable for any printing or other errors or for delays in mail service. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges which are final and binding.

INTERNET: Releasees and any Internet access or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access Web sites, or damage to a user's computer system (hardware or software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes. If judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes or if any non-compliance with the rules has occurred, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received in the applicable drawing pool as of the promotion end date. If the sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its end date, notice will be posted at www.finncrisppromo.com . Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account” holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any online entries submitted by automated means, or third-party, will be disqualified. Entries will not be valid until received by Sponsor.
